Pre-Qualification
- Candidate completes the 40-hour RBT Certificate Training Program
(BACB-approved).
- Candidate provides proof of completion before starting internship.
- High School Diploma or GED
Internship (30–45 Days)
- Candidate participates in hands-on training at Playful Minds
Therapy or other assigned client site.
- Internship includes shadowing, assisting with therapy materials,
data collection practice, and exposure to ABA therapy sessions.
- Internship is non-employee status and unpaid, except for the
completion reward outlined below.
- Must complete 60 Internship hours
Licensing Exam
- Candidate must sit for and pass the official RBT licensing exam.
Completion Reward
- Upon completing internship, passing the exam, and working 15 paid
working days as an RBT, Candidate earns a $2,000 one-time reward
(paid in the following payroll cycle).
Employment as RBT
- Candidate begins employment with Noor Talents Staffing as a
Registered Behavior Technician.
- Starting Pay: $22.00/hour.
- Pay Increase: $23.00/hour after 6 months of continuous
employment in good standing.
